The Ministry of Defense and the Serbian Armed Forces organized the largest tactical-technical assembly to date in Kragujevac on Vidovdan, June 28, 2021, showcasing more than 40 armament and military equipment systems of domestic development.

Armed Forces and Military Armament Open Day

The Ministry of Defense and the Serbian Armed Forces organized on Vidovdan, June 28, 2021, the largest tactical-technical assembly to date under the name 'Open Day' in Kragujevac, in the area between the Čika Dača stadium and the 21st October Museum.

The event showcased more than 40 armament and military equipment systems of domestic development, including the modernized M-84AS2 tank, self-propelled artillery systems Nora, Tamnava, and Šumadija, robotic ground platforms and unmanned aerial vehicles, new terrain and combat vehicles, modernized air defense systems, as well as a large number of assets and components produced by the Serbian defense industry.

The supporting program included an exhibition of World War I armament and uniforms, practical demonstrations of martial arts, and service dog training. For the youngest visitors, there was the opportunity to take photos with pilots and special forces members, camouflage face painting, and much more. The Serbian Armed Forces also prepared the famous military bean stew for the gathered citizens.
