Agreement Reached on Increasing Labor Cost and Improving Employee Status

Following negotiations between company management and representatives of representative unions, an agreement was reached to further improve the material position of employees.

Within the reached agreement, a labor cost increase of more than 10% was agreed upon, confirming the company's commitment to the continuous improvement of working conditions and employee standards.

It was also agreed that future discussions on wage adjustments will be conducted in accordance with the realization of contracted business, achieved business results, and the preservation of the company's long-term financial stability.
